Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. Your data stays put regardless of plan, and you'll only ever be billed for the time you used.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing gives you two months free (€40/year for Plus, €80/year for Pro). You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
What happens to my data if I downgrade past a plan's limits?
Nothing is deleted. Models and custom mixes beyond your new limit are hidden and come back automatically when you upgrade. For paints and army lists you keep everything you've already added — you just can't add more of that type until you're back under the limit. You can export all of your data as JSON at any time.
Which paint brands are included?
Over 30 brands and 9,900+ colours ship built in — including the full Vallejo, Citadel, Army Painter, Scale75, Reaper and AK ranges. You can always add custom paints from any brand in a couple of clicks.
Is my account secure?
Yes. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sessions are server-side, optional two-factor is available on every plan, and your inventory is isolated at the database level.
Do you offer a student or club discount?
We give a discount to non-profit clubs and youth gaming groups. Email us a short note about your group and we'll set it up.
